At Acorn & Laurel Press, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will make every effort to notify you.

Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment, most domestic orders arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days for most U.S. destinations
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Depending on the size of your order, products may be shipped in:

  • Rigid mailers
  • Protective flat packaging
  • Shipping tubes

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly assist in locating the shipment and working with the carrier when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
