At Acorn & Laurel Press, every chart, print, and educational resource is produced specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selections, sizes, quantities, and shipping information.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in producing and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
If we determine that the item was damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work promptly to correct the mistake and ensure you receive the product you ordered.
Shipping Issues
Acorn & Laurel Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
